New Flat Vibration Motor PU1215 Series Launched

Hello everyone! You might find traditional blenders a bit outdated—tall bases paired with large jars. What if we could transform the entire appearance? By lowering the base height without sacrificing motor performance, and adding food processing capabilities, we can truly catch users' attention.

This is exactly what we’ve achieved by evolving the PU8830 (88mm diameter) universal motor platform into the new flat motor PU1215 (120mm diameter).

By optimizing the motor structure and reducing the lamination thickness, we’ve successfully lowered the total motor height by 46–51mm. We also added an extra pair of coils and carbon brushes, upgrading it from a 2-pole to a 4-pole motor. As a result:

  • Operating torque at 10,000 rpm has increased by 22%

  • Stall torque has improved by 25%

  • The need for multiple gears to boost output torque under high load and speed is eliminated, simplifying the gear assembly

  • Temperature rise has been significantly reduced by 40K, which helps lower market return rates caused by overload use

The 4-pole stator ensures more uniform magnetic flux distribution and smoother rotor commutation, reducing vibration by 50%. Combined with an integrated Hall sensor that detects motor speed under varying loads and sends signals to the main control panel for real-time feedback and output adjustment, this motor performs exceptionally well in:

  • Blenders

  • Food processors

  • Stand mixers
