Fenghui Motor Launches Long-Running Cordless Hand Mixer Motor Solution

On March 10, 2022, Fenghui officially launched a new motor solution maturely applied in cordless hand blenders. The PT2730 series and PT555PM series motors are highly integrated motor solutions for cordless hand blenders, equipped with Fenghui's Permanent Magnet DC motors. The low-voltage DC motor paired with a rechargeable battery pack and PCB assembly provides a comprehensive cordless blending drive solution.

Compared with the plug-in high-voltage DC motors traditionally used in blenders, the PT2730 and PT555PM series low-voltage DC motors utilize an 8V Permanent Magnet DC motor. After incorporating charging management, cordless operation is achieved. Most importantly, the functionality and blending performance are no different from plug-in models. They enable a completely wireless design while maintaining identical appearance and functions, and allow for stepless speed adjustment. These motors are compact, lightweight, energy-saving, ultra-quiet, and achieve an efficiency of up to 70%.

The introduction of the rechargeable cordless hand blender low-voltage DC motor addresses the shortcomings of existing plug-in blender motors on the market in terms of efficiency and cord dependency, significantly enhancing the user experience.
