Low-Voltage, High-Power Motor Solution for Portable Blenders

Portable blenders, also known as shaker cups, are compact, easy to clean, and convenient to carry to the office, on outings, to friends’ homes, or in the car. They produce smooth, pulp-free juices with a silky texture, making them especially popular among younger generations and office workers.

Most portable blenders currently on the market use small Brushed DC Motors from the 55 series. However, these motors generally offer low speed and limited power, which can result in insufficiently smooth blending of certain ingredients. Moreover, when users accidentally add larger pieces of food, the motor’s low power may cause the blades to jam, leading to motor stall and shutdown. This results in a progressively degrading user experience.

In response to the issues of low speed, low power, and poor blending performance in existing portable blender motors, Fenghui Motor has developed a high-performance, low-voltage, high-power Brushed DC Motor solution. By utilizing special materials and an innovative structural design, this motor achieves a speed increase from 15,000 RPM to 20,000 RPM and a power boost from 50W to 80W compared to standard motors. It also offers a 10% longer service life than similar motors. This motor solution has been validated through practical testing.
